For a change from New Zealand Sauvignon blanc, try one from the Loire.
La Demoiselle de Bourgeois Pouilly Fume
Color: Light yellow
Aroma: Pear
Flavor: Tart, lemony
Mouthfeel: Well balanced, crisp and slightly acidic
